How I decided to be a therapist
I decided to be a therapist because I believed that human beings want to reach their fullest potential and enjoy their lives to the fullest as well. I thought I could use myself as a tool for the clients to achieve their self-actualizations.
How I would like to help clients as a therapist
As a therapist, I would like to help my clients enhance their problem-solving, coping, and developmental capacities so that they can overcome difficulties and improve their quality of life.
What my theoretical orientation is as a therapist.
I take an integrative, ecological(person-in-environment) approach to meet the client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and blends of other theoretical orientations.
