How I decided to be a therapist
Having moved through painful seasons in my own life, I felt called to walk alongside others in their healing. I hope to offer empathy, hope, and a compassionate presence during life’s most difficult moments.
How I would like to help clients as a therapist
With 6 years of experience, I support adults and couples navigating life’s adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and relationship struggles. I integrate talk therapy and creative approaches to help clients connect with their inner strengths. Healing begins when we feel truly seen. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles while reconnecting with their voice and inner strength.
What my theoretical orientation is as a therapist
My approach is relational, integrative, and compassionate. I combine evidence-based therapies such as EFT, IFS, and DBT with creative expression to help clients deepen self-awareness and build meaningful change.
