Service Certification: includes Service Type, Therapist Name, and Session Date(s) ONLY. It can take 1-2 business days.
Clinical Letters: provide a clear and concise account of a client’s mental health history, symptoms, diagnosis, assessment findings, therapeutic interventions, and follow-up plans. It can take 4-12 business days.
